Rich began his career with McDonnell Douglas as a key member of a team that developed and implemented an in-house ERP system. Rich continued to build on his his Manufacturing ERP expertise and began leading mid-market sized companies to implement Epicor ERP. Rich went on to Serve as General Manger of two of those Manufacturing Companies after leading there Epicor Implementation: 8 years precision machining, 7 years in Capital Equipment OEM giving him the perspective of leading Manufacturing companies using the levers of a fully integrated ERP system to achieve financial results. 

For the past 15 years Rich was been solely Leading Epicor Implantation and Post implementation Projects leveraging his extensive Manufacturing and ERP backgrounds.
